Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have often been questioned about their job and what it is that they bring to the plate. However, as time goes on and the streaming ventures of the couple fail to make a mark, it becomes clearer that the Archewell Foundation, which also happens to signify their moral standing, is their only successful venture. And as their neighborhood erupts in turmoil due to the ongoing fires, the couple is putting it to use in order to help others to the best of their abilities.

While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had already released a compassionate statement regarding the entire ordeal earlier, this time around, they were ready to get themselves and their million-dollar mansion down and dirty.

The situation in California amidst the emerging wildfires is out of control, as nobody, even the biggest celebrities, are driven to helplessness. Several reports of stars losing the homes they built over a decade's fortune breaking down have emerged, allowing others to only imagine what the ordinary man is going through. In order to do their part during such trying times, the Montecito couple has offered shelter in their home to evacuated friends, as per Hello.

Several who have been displaced in Los Angeles are on the lookout for a shelter and the Duke and Duchess have opened the gates of their Montecito mansion to do just that. While it may not be possible for the couple to shelter everyone, their house can definitely be a haven for their loved ones.

And Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, who are popularly living in a celebrity neighborhood in Montecito, are not safe of this ongoing disaster. Even though the couple has opened, the doors of their home to provide shelters, they may have to evacuate as well.

If the authorities are not able to find a solution to this fiery disaster, the extent of damage that may unfold is truly unprecedented. This could also result in the Hollywood royalty a loss of everything they have built so far across the pond.
