Will we see another Kryptonian besides Henry Cavill in the DCEU?
Sasha Calle’s Supergirl will clash with Henry Cavill’s Superman. It occurs specifically in the film The Flash. As of today, The Flash and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom will be undergoing extensive reshoots in Los Angeles. They aren’t merely filming aspects that need to be filled. They are composing the screenplays as they go, so things are unexpected. Now, YouTuber Syl Abdul has disclosed that they are working on a large portion of the third act.

It’s no surprise that Calle’s Supergirl appears in the picture. Originally, Supergirl was supposed to take Cavill’s place in the DCEU. That was the wish of former DC Films president Walter Hamada. Hamada also intended for Michael Keaton to take over as Batman. In other words, while Hamada was in charge of the company, he intended The Flash to destroy the SnyderVerse. This was before the merger of Warner-Discovery.
According to Abdul, Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav has agreed to keep the SnyderVerse storyline going. However, with the addition of Henry Cavill to the cast, Superman and Supergirl will finally meet in the film. The tale was originally different from what we had heard. The only characters who would have met would have been Affleck’s and Keaton’s Batmans.

Warner Brothers are yet to confirm any of these speculations. But it is safe to say if these reports turn out to be true fans would be extremely delighted. Henry recently finished filming for his highly awaited Netflix series The Witcher and even helped to announce the official release date for the show at this year’s TUDUM event.
