The differences between the Sussex royals, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and the Royal family are prominently visible. During their stay in the United Kingdom to attend Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral and services, Harry and Meghan looked aloof and isolated from the royal family. One of the major highlights of the Queen’s state funeral was the seating arrangements. 

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were pushed to the corner of the second row while Prince William, along with his family and other senior royals, occupied the front row. Before the couple’s departure from the UK, Meghan Markle tried to solve some differences by asking for an exclusive meeting with the new monarch, King Charles III. Though no such meeting has occurred so far, Royal expert Neil Sean believes that His Majesty can honor his daughter-in-law’s wish in the coming months. 

King Charles III to meet Meghan Markle?

Meghan Markle will be visiting the United Kingdom in November again. The former American actress will receive an award for her charity work later this year. On his YouTube channel, royal expert Neil Sean revealed that the Duchess of Sussex could use her visit as an opportunity to mend things between her and King Charles III.

“They want to pick up the opportunity to reconnect with His Majesty. They really want to see if they can get together. And paint a more consolidated picture for people here in the United Kingdom and around the world,” Neil said on YouTube. 

Just after Queen’s state funeral, Meghan and Harry took a flight out of the United Kingdom. The two were eager to leave to reunite with their children, Archie and Lilibet, in California. However, before leaving, the Duchess of Sussex asked for a private audience with King Charles III via a formal letter. 

It is believed that it was an attempt by Meghan to clear the air. She wanted to explain to the monarch what she and Harry did for the past two years. Her request was turned out the first time, as no such meeting took place.
