 Following the footsteps of Emmy Award-winning Succession, Rotten Legacy too will revolve around an influential Seligman family who runs a media empire owned by the head of the family, Federico Seligman, who will be played by Jose Coronado. The actor is credited in other Netflix series such as Unauthorised Living, Wrong Side of the Tracks, The Innocent, and others.

 The roles of his four children are played by Belén Cuesta, credited for Money Heist, who will play Yolanda Seligman; Maria Morera from Libertad will play Lara Seligman; Diego Martín as Andrés Seligman; and Natalia Huarte from To Love is Forever will be seen as Guadalupe Seligman.

As per What's on Netflix, the drama will revolve around the Seligman family, who successfully run a media empire. José Conronado's character, Fedrico Seligman, is the head of the empire and the family and is a father of four children. He has worked hard all his life to build his legacy for his children, which he wishes to see more successful. But owing to an illness, he had to step away for two years.

Upon his return, he finds that his four children have separated and are taking the company in a new direction, which Seligman could not stand to see. Then what unfolds is how far he is willing to fight in order to save his legacy, even if it means going against his children. The storyline sure is intriguing, which promises the audience an adventure soon enough.

Yes, Netflix knows that with its talented ensemble cast and a very entertaining plot, they have locked the attention of the audience who are also excited about its Tudum 2025. Making them wait no longer, the show will be released on 16th May, 2025.
