Meghan Markle’s With Love, Meghan reportedly made more of a splash on Netflix than her husband, Prince Harry’s offerings for the platform, such as Polo and Heart of Invictus. Netflix published viewing figures earlier this month for the first half of 2025, revealing that Markle’s cooking show ranked at 383 among its most-watched content. In comparison, Polo landed at 3,442nd place, while Heart of Invictus attracted just 300,000 views. The Spare author’s underwhelming streaming performance was also confirmed by YouGov, a marketing research firm that tracks the rankings of a wide range of media offerings, per Newsweek.
On YouGov’s list, With Love, Meghan claimed the 713th spot, just ahead of Dragon Ball DAIMA and behind I Am Jazz. The website began collecting data on the Suits alum's show recently, reporting that 43 percent of people had heard of it, with 19 percent liking it and 11 percent disliking it. While these numbers may not seem stellar in isolation, they outshine Prince Harry’s content. The success of With Love, Meghan carries added significance, as the royal couple’s multi-million-dollar Netflix deal nears its end. Rumors swirl about a possible exit, though counterclaims suggest otherwise.
With Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Netflix deal nearing its end, all eyes are on whether the streamer will hit replay or pull the plug.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Netflix future uncertain
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s USD 100 million Netflix contract, signed in 2020, is set to expire in September. Reports from The Sun and PEOPLE indicate that the streamer does not intend to renew it. However, The Daily Mail recently cited a source claiming that renegotiations are underway, with Netflix prepared to offer £73 million for a second innings with the former royals. Although the amount is less than their original deal, it remains substantial and indicates continued interest.

Netflix also maintains an equity stake in Meghan Markle’s very successful lifestyle brand, As Ever, which ties into her cooking show. As the platform profits directly from her brand’s success, walking away from her now would make less sense. With Markle’s solo projects eclipsing Prince Harry’s contributions, she has become the Sussexes’ most bankable streaming asset, making it difficult for Netflix to justify letting her go.
