Meghan Markle’s Latest Netflix Show Falls Victim to Instagram’s Hashtag Mistake, Amid Tough Run
It is never smooth sailing for Meghan Markle. It seems like every time she makes a move in her career, something comes up to stand in her way. Last year, she introduced her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, to the public. Not long after, Netflix announced a show that would focus on her culinary and lifestyle skills. Both her brand and show were set to be launched around the same time, all under Netflix’s banner. But, as usual, even before the first episode of her new show aired, trouble seemed to have already followed her.
Instagram recently made a mess of Meghan Markle’s upcoming show’s hashtag, and none of it was the Duchess’ or the show’s fault.

According to a report from the Daily Mail, Instagram recently blocked the hashtag for Meghan Markle's new Netflix show, With Love, Meghan. Fans searching for #WithLoveMeghan on the platform were greeted with a message saying that the results were hidden because they “may contain sensitive content” and that “child sexual abuse is illegal.” When Femail reached out to Instagram for a comment on the same, they explained that the restriction was a mistake, and the warning had now been removed on Instagram.
“The search term was restricted by mistake and has now been fixed,” a Meta spokesperson told Femail. With Love, Meghan is scheduled to launch on January 15 after a year of waiting and wondering when the show would actually be released. In the show, Markle will be hosting a variety of her celebrity friends, including a special guest from her hit shown Suits, all while cooking in her Montecito kitchen and picking fresh produce from her garden. But it seems like fans are already wanting more than that.
After Netflix released the teaser for With Love, Meghan, fans quickly started clamoring for the return of one of Markle’s earlier projects.
Meghan Markle fans want her old blog back
Meghan Markle has always been something of an underrated lifestyle expert. Before her marriage to Prince Harry, she ran a blog called The Tig, where she wrote about everything from food to fashion, travel, and beauty. Now, with the teaser for her new Netflix show out, fans are once again asking for her blog to make a comeback.

Among all the recent shows from the Sussexes on Netflix, this is the first time that fans have shown so much excitement for one of their projects. Previously, they released a docuseries on Polo, but the response was underwhelming, to say the least. And if Markle does not face any more setbacks, she could be making a major return as the lifestyle queen in just a few days.
