Kanye West’s Prediction Comes True With Lil Uzi Vert Taking Over Spotify With New Release
Kanye West is an enigma whether people hate or love him. Over the years, music lovers have known him for his controversies and no-filter remarks. His interviews and mid-concert speeches often spiral into self-centered or offensive territory. But there are things that go unnoticed because people focus more on his ranting rather than meaning. It includes Ye’s habit of putting people upfront whom he feels deserve appreciation. This side of the rapper faded away in the fog that his disputes created. However, the rise of Lil Uzi Vert on Spotify has once again proved his words right.
Hip Hop All Day recently reported on Twitter that Lil Uzi Vert has taken over the top spot on Spotify. It is revealed that the hype of his new album ‘Pink Tape’ has brought him into the limelight. His song ‘XO Tour Llif3’ has made history racking up a total of 1.9 billion listeners on the music app. Seeing this victorious moment, another fan page brought back the comments Kanye West made about him years ago.

The post gave a shout-out to the former billionaire whose prediction about this rapper has finally come true. “Ye was speaking nothing but facts when he said this,“ read the caption. It is certainly not surprising that the 46-year-old has an eye for talent and saw him as an incarnation of hip-hop’s new youth mainstream.
In 2022, West expressed his views about the musicians who will rule the rap genre in the future in one of his podcast interviews. He stated that there are always two artists who inspire people and for him, it was Lil Uzi Vert and Playboi Carti. In fact, this is not the only prediction he made as he also knew about his clashes with Kim Kardashian.
