However, just when Swifties were busy swallowing the cookie crumbs of the upcoming AMAs, the Internet lost it again over the scrumptious recipe.

While the Taylor Swift effect abides no time, what sparked another wave of a newfound craze for the famous Pop Tarts?

According to a fan clip shared on X, Taylor Swift slipped into an apron recently to whip up Travis Kelce’s favorite homemade snack, Pop-Tarts. The video features a picture of Swift’s confectionery, which is arranged in a box with a handwritten letter on top. “Have a great shoot!” she wrote, highlighting that the Pop-Tarts are in strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry flavors. The songstress reportedly baked these sweet treats to present as gifts to behind-the-scenes personnel who assisted the NFL player for an American Eagle photoshoot.

Swift, who is also busy buckling up for the upcoming AMAs, signed the handwritten note with “Love” and her signature. Previously, during an appearance on The Rich Eisen Show in March 2024, Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid raved about the pop star’s Pop-Tarts. “As good a singer as she is and entertainer, she’s also a really good cook,” Reid said, revealing she does not just bring desserts for him but “all the linemen” of the team.

Travis Kelce, too, has been too praiseful about Taylor Swift’s Pop-Tarts, but when it came to unveiling what happens when they cook, he preferred to let it stay in the kitchen. 

During a June 2024 press conference at Chiefs’ mandatory minicamp, Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce dodged a question about cooking with Taylor Swift. Referring to a YouTube short where he cooks with his superstar better half, a reporter asked, “I just kinda want to know what you like cooking together?” Although it was a simple question, Kelce was not keen on giving it away.

“I respect that question,” Kelce clarified. However, he doubled down that it was something he would prefer to keep with himself. “I thoroughly enjoy cooking with her, so it’s something I’d rather just keep personal,” he explained. Though he moved on to the next question, before his exit, he signed off with a cheeky praise no one saw coming, “Taylor makes a great pop-tart and cinnamon roll.”
