Fans Lose It Over Taylor Swift’s Global Takeover as Madame Tussauds Drops 13 Eras Tour Wax Figures

Beyond sold-out stadiums and platinum records, Taylor Swift's legacy continues to evolve into an unfathomable fame that has only been imagined in fiction. As one of the most powerful performers of this generation, Swift has rewritten pop superstardom with her raw lyrics and uniquely creative energy. And just when fans thought her Eras Tour was the pinnacle, Madame Tussauds dropped a dazzling tribute preserving Swift's fame in wax.
With 13 new Taylor Swift wax figures, each depicting one of her iconic outfits from the Eras Tour, Madame Tussauds is set to display them in 13 cities worldwide. And fans cannot get enough of their favorite artist breaking barriers and crossing geographical boundaries, beyond music. While initially, Swifties thought the Eras Tour to be limited to the fandom, upon the release of the statues glammed in Eras Tour outfits, one X user quipped, "The multiverse of Swift just went global." Some even compared Swift's global stardom to that of Michael Jackson.

Madame Tussauds' 13 new Taylor Swift wax figures drop is perhaps their most ambitious project in their 250-year history. This celebration of the pop star comes after she wrapped her iconic Eras Tour last December, playing a total of 149 shows spanning across 21 months, grossing over a record-shattering $2 billion. To immortalize this immense success, Madame Tussauds will now tour all 13 statues worldwide from London to Shanghai, including Amsterdam, Berlin, Budapest, Hong Kong, Hollywood, Blackpool, Nashville, Orlando, New York, Sydney, and Las Vegas.
Fans will get to view the figures in real life starting July 25, 2025; however, the internet is already abuzz sharing their esteemed critique on each of the figures showcased digitally.
Swifties fawn over Taylor Swift's 13 Eras Tour-inspired wax figures
Swifties are having a field day dissecting Madame Tussauds' reveal of 13 new Taylor Swift wax figures, each posed in a different Eras Tour outfit. From 'Fearless' fringe to 'Midnights' shimmer, the waxworks reflect Swift's changing style and musical legacy. One fan took to X to speculate a Swift multiverse being constructed, attributing it to genius marketing. Another simply acknowledged the craftsmanship, writing, "wait they ate cause these actually look like her." Some even went on to gush about Swift's rising fame, discussing how the artist herself touring the globe once is not enough; hence she must deploy her wax figures to satisfy the millions of fans.
Hardcore fans have also questioned the faces of the figures not being able to do justice to Swift's natural beauty. One fan even went as far as to compare the wax figures with bad AI outputs. Some even dragged the statues for making Swift look too stiff. However, the consensus among fans remains in Madame Tussauds' favor, as they believe this is a good start toward having an actual museum preserving all of Swift's iconic Eras Tour outfits and artifacts.
