In a recent flare of fashion influence, Beyonce has just crossed the radar of impact from ordinary to extraordinary, with Bruno Marks wearing a belt similar to hers from her Ivy Park Rodeo Collection. As fans took notice of the same, this iconic crossover to bring back couture signatures by Beyonce seemed like a revival of the Queen Bey era. Especially, since the inspiration finds roots some years back. 

Back in 2021, Beyoncé hopped on with Adidas for an Ivy Park Rodeo Collection collaboration to use fashion as a tribute to her homeland. The pop sensation introduced the collection as Houston, born and bred like herself, taking its inspiration from her personal history, her childhood in Texas, and American Black cowboy history. The fashion line brought back the swag of the Houston rodeo to tell its history with fashion and recently, with Mars donning the same, it might be a cue of its timelessness.

In fact, for fans, this was just the entry point of fanaticism, since a fashion reflection from Mars to Beyoncé was really not on anyone’s bingo card.

Beyoncé’s fashion palette is a classic and, periodically, it makes its transition. Some days it is the fans finding relevance with her and the iconic Kim Kardashian look and on others it is her platinum hair knocking the charts of fashion pass-checks. While the takers of her inspiration are numerous, the fact that its impact has found space in men’s closets, especially with a person like Mars, who has an acute sense of fashion, is truly a rare feat. Hence, for fans to believe something is “cooking” does not seem that far-fetched.

As most fans were over the moon with the surprising crossover, the thread screamed for collaboration in unity. And while Mars appears to be riding as the frontman of the fashion trend with his iconic style, recent headlines about him have shifted focus elsewhere, drawn by the swirling controversies surrounding his gambling debts.

That being said, the conflicts, however, have no shortcomings in the frenzy that has ensued over the socials. Probably the reason could be fans’ verdict to separate the art from the artist since his art is everything exceptional. While of course, in time fans will get the nod if the art in concern and demand delves into country music or country fashion, either way, for fans, it will be a winner on all fronts.
