Taylor Swift’s music is no less than a Christmas wonder that keeps on giving. Her shining gem of a song, ‘Fortnight’ from last year’s ‘The Tortured Poets Department,’ has once again taken the singer to the top, this time in the United Kingdom. Forbes magazine reports that the special re-release of ‘Fortnight’ has returned to the three charts, Official Singles Sales, Official Physical Singles, and Official Vinyl Singles, in England, and has hit number 1 on them.
This is its first ranking on the Official Vinyl Singles chart after it appeared in stores with exclusive vinyl on April 12 to celebrate Record Store Day. It led to a social media hype and resulted in fresh purchases of the vinyl. This is Swift’s third vinyl ranking, which also happened to be a strong suit for two other songs, ‘Teardrops on My Guitar’ in 2019 and ‘The Lakes’ from the deluxe edition of 'Folklore'. Her 'Lover: Live from Paris’ vinyl version also saw a huge boost some months ago.

Forbes released the list of the youngest self-made billionaires, and Taylor Swift, who joined this club in 2023 and topped it last year, came in as the runner-up this time. She was beaten by Lucy Guo, a 30-year-old co-founder of the American data annotation company Scale AI in San Francisco. Guo established the company nine years ago and separated from her co-founder, taking away her 5% stake, which is now worth close to $1.25 billion.

While Taylor Swift is only a tad bit behind her with her $1.6 billion worth of fortune, which managed to enter this lane after it received a massive boost from the Eras Tour. Despite the tiny loss, this is Swift's second year on this Forbes list, and she continues to be the richest female musician among her contemporaries. And her ‘Fortnight’ continues to top charts overseas, flexing the songstress's skills of conveying heartbreak in melody.
