On Monday, Kim Kardashian graced the Met Gala, where she has been a constant attendee. But this time, the reality TV star took her oldest child, 11-year-old daughter, North West, there. And as per a report acquired by TMZ, on Friday, Ye’s legal team sent Kim Kardashian’s lawyer a legal letter, in which she was accused of neglecting their daughter during the event. The reports indicated that North was left alone in a vehicle at times during the event, which may have compromised her safety.

Other than that, in the legal letter, Ye also claimed that Kim Kardashian then authorized the publication of North’s images and videos on social media platforms. As per the report, this was against Ye’s wishes, who has an explicit objection to his children’s presence on such platforms. Besides these shocking accusations, Ye also dropped additional bombs in the letter by alleging that he has been “denied meaningful access to his children”. And fed up with his ex-wife's actions, Ye is now seeking a U-turn in the matter, taking it into his own hands.

Besides these allegations, Ye also has some demands from his ex-wife, for which he threatened her with legal action if she failed to comply.

Ye urges Kim Kardashian to respect parenting boundaries

The poster boy for endless media attention and controversies, Ye wants just the opposite for his children, that they should not be involved in public events without his consent. Moreover, he has made a strict demand to Kim Kardashian in the letter to stop posting or authorizing the publication of photos and videos of their children and eliminate all content from social media that was uploaded without his authorization. Other than the internet protection of his four children, Ye’s biggest demand is that Kim Kardashian grants him “unimpeded access,” which gives the rapper “immediate in-person visitation” to his children, which, according to him, he has not seen in a while.

If she refuses to agree to these terms then Ye also threatened to seek sole legal and/or physical custody of their children. Kardashian and her team are yet to comment on the matter. The once sweet marriage of Ye and the reality star has turned into an ugly mess over the children, including legal conflicts, making things cruel for the fans who loved them as a couple in the bygone era.
