‘Stranger Things’ Joins Emmy Nominated ‘The Last of Us’ for a Spooky Season at Universal Studios Halloween Night 2023
Stranger Things is so scary that Universal Studios picked it up to scare people. The series is close to its end, with season 5 on the way. The sci-fi show proved to be even more spine-chilling when compared to other horror shows. Its 1980s era had a nostalgic feeling mixed with the mystery vibe of the plot. That was enough to be chosen by many to be one of the Studios’ morbid subjects for this year.
Universal Studios are known for being a happy, playful getaway into the world of fantasy and Hollywood. From Grinch and Hulk to Nanny McPhee, it has all sorts of interesting characters. But more than the Holidays, it is the Halloween nights that bring out the charm of the Universal world.
How Universal Studios plans to creep people with Stranger Things this Halloween

Halloween fans have an exciting lineup for this year’s fest at Universal Studios. According to Gizmo, Strangers Things will be one of five themes that the haunted houses will be based on, both in Orlando and Hollywood. The house will be based on season 4 of the series, people will be transported to the imaginary town of Hawkins, Indiana. There they will come face to face with the horrors of the Upside Down, including the evil highlights of facing their worst fears, demobats, and Vecna himself.
This is just one of the many interesting aspects of the Halloween Festival 2023. The Last of Us house will take you through a virtual and fungus-infected world as you recognize some iconic locations on the way. The Universal World’s classic jump scare mention also includes The Exorcist. This will be set up along with the Chucky: Ultimate Kill Count.

What else do Universal Studios Hollywood and Orlando include?

The Universal Studios at both locations will have Phantom of the Opera, Mr. Hyde, and the Hunchback of Notre Dame. Guns n’ Roses guitarist Slash will return to make an original score for the haunted houses in Hollywood this Halloween. The evil Ringmaster of the circus will be on the hunt for a soul for “Dr. Oddfellow: Twisted Origins.” Dueling Dragons: Choose Thy Fate, Yeti: Campground Kills, and Blood Moon: Dark Offerings, will be some of the entertaining corners of the town.
Taste of Terror will offer some eerie-themed food from 10 to 26 August. A look into the previous years will show the large scale at which the events are held. Its Orlando location will begin the Halloween theme night celebration on the first of September, while Hollywood will begin it on the 7th of September. Tickets are available for purchase on the website, starting from a base entry of $74, up to a skyrocketed range of $350+ for packages.
