Despite being surrounded by unending legal controversy, Ryan Reynolds has no chill regarding trolling. Famous for his witty and sharp humor, Reynolds hardly spares any chance to pull the leg of his acquaintances, even if it is the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle. The former actress once belonged to the same glittery world that Reynolds shines in, and now has spread her wings in the business world with her brand, As Ever.

But there is no stopping Ryan Reynolds, who comically trolled Meghan Markle and his own father as well at her expense recently.

Continuing to make public appearances in the middle of the Justin Baldoni legal drama, Ryan Reynolds recently appeared on Conan O'Brien’s podcast, Conan O'Brien Needs A Friend. During the episode, while discussing his father, James Reynolds, with O’Brien, the Deadpool actor told him that, according to his father, he was a "middleman for jars of jam." When O’Brien threw him a joke of saying that he works for Meghan Markle, Reynolds’s quick response was, "If Jimbo Reynolds wasn't dead, I'd say he is Meghan Markle".

Reynolds then quickly added “Well, adjacent” after his statement, and O’Brien saved them by saying, “Many people have likened the two”. Reynolds explained that his father was in the police force and then went on to become a food broker, based on which the actor thought that meant he worked for the CIA. This was before his father talked about the jam business. Both Reynolds and O’Brien shared great laughter over this gag. While Reynolds has had a fun time at Markle’s expense this time, the two have recently graced a big platform for a noble cause.

During last month’s Time100 Summit held in New York, Ryan Reynolds and Meghan Markle sat down on the panel, where the event focused on highlighting solutions and encouraging social actions towards world improvement. There, the Duchess of Sussex, during her conversation with TIME CEO, shared how she is “the happiest" she has ever been with her family and her business falling into the right places with the right rhythm.
