One Half of Funniest Soccer Club Owners Rob McElhenney Claims He Is Anything but Funny in New Video
Millions of dollars, an eye for talent, and promotional tactics have breathed new life into Wrexham AFC, thanks to its unlikely saviors, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney. But the real MVP in this underdog tale is not the bankroll or the clever strategy, it is the banter, as sharp and well-timed as a striker’s winning goal, that the two owners share.

Despite the statement, McElhenney has been the mastermind behind some of the most hilarious Wrexham AFC campaigns and banter, and now even a TV crossover.
