Blake Lively Invites Brutal Words From Fans, Following Her Dress Reveal at 'Another Simple Favour' Screening

Published 03/07/2025, 9:22 PM EST

Blake Lively has been prowling the carpets of Hollywood for many a mission, dressed in no less than her benchmark Serena Van Der Woodsen-style, in recent times. From her not-long-ago premiere of the accoladed book adaptation It Ends With Us, which has become famous for reasons that are anything but the movie, in face of, and cue, her feud with co-star Justin Baldoni, which had been another case for the presence of her absence from the carpets. And then much recently, her revival of presumably time-old (you know, 2018) Anna Kendrick co-starrer A Simple Favor, titled Another Simple Favor.

What has the audience teeming with a surge of reactions on the celebrity-unforsaken X is her blush pink ensemble that she so lovingly seems to have put on for the premiere of the movie. Her stance is a clear reflection of how choreographed each twirl-of-the-curl of a celebrity is; no matter how hard one may deny it, Lively performs in the subtlest of manners. Giving the spectators much to hoot back about.

Being her ever-the-chipper self no matter what situation she is pulled or pushed into, Lively interacts with the onlooking photographers with fervor. Expressing how "sweet" of them it is to not be shouting, finding the experience all very civil. Standing tall and confident in her stilettos, her muted pink dress that seems a little too shiny to be to be just cloth as per the Internet's latest cry, cascading down into neat plates by her ankles.

The audience, or 'fans', have quite a few opinions, not just about the dress. With the new rise of 'brutalism', only not in the context or architecture, succeeding the once rampant 'cancel-culture', fans are not ones to be shying away from their favorites, especially in the case of wardrobe alert. More specifically, when it is Blake Lively amidst a sketchy lawsuit episode.

Fans ask for another simple favor from everyone around Blake Lively

The cast of Another Simple Favor attended the South by Southwest film festival with all good intentions; however, a lot about what went on revoked a distant memory of the Don't Worry Darling drama. From Blake Lively making a grand entrance at the red carpet and going as far as to doing a Marvel-style outfit change to Anna Kendrick making a wild ayahuasca joke, like many things post the similarly named movie, it just did not seem to end.

The audience seems to be raising eyebrows at the seemingly dissimulating claims made by Lively just a few weeks ago, in face of her lawsuit filed against former co-star Justin Baldoni.

Blake Lively continues to keep a positive front, ever since her first public appearance with husband Ryan Reynold's at the SNL50, post the absence because of complications of her lawsuit against Baldoni. Her recent red carpet appearances, including the premiere of Another Simple Favor, showcase her resilience amidst even court battle. Remaining steadfast in the wake of controversy, in fact, even seeming to be basking in it. Like a true celebrity, freshly virtualized on the page of a Gossip Girl issue.
