Ever since stepping down from the British monarchy, Prince Harry has built a close-knit team around him, relying on a small circle of trusted aides to help navigate his new life. These individuals have not only shaped his public image but also served as the backbone to his numerous non-royal ventures. In what has been described as a major setback, one of Prince Harry’s most crucial and long-serving staff members has stepped down from her role, marking a huge blow to his inner circle.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are facing twin setbacks as chaos hits both their projects at once. While Meghan Markle's Netflix series With Love, Meghan 2 failed to secure a spot in the UK’s top ten shows following its August 26 release, Prince Harry has been dealt what a Daily Mail source described as a “huge blow” with the resignation of Sally Davey, chief executive of his eco-tourism firm Travalyst, after serving for five years. The company, which the Spare author launched in 2019 to promote sustainable excursions, has notably seen multiple leadership exits in recent months.

The aforementioned source told Daily Mail’s Richard Eden that Sally Davey had been “crucial” in Travalyst's development over the years. Davey’s decision to step down strikingly follows the resignation of the company's chairman after just a year and a half and the earlier departure of the firm's chief of staff, Josh Kettler, who quit only after three months. Meanwhile, Prince Harry's challenges are not limited to his professional life. Adapting to life as a Los Angeles resident has reportedly become a significant personal hurdle for him.

Prince Harry reportedly is struggling to feel at ease in Los Angeles, feeling totally "out of place” among the city's wellness-obsessed and image-conscious crowd. Sources told Radar Online that the Duke of Sussex is self-conscious about his thinning hair and appearance, battling supposed hereditary insecurities while trying to adapt to a glamorous, pressure-filled lifestyle far different from his royal upbringing.

Amid these struggles, however, Meghan Markle has been a steady source of support for her husband, giving him a playful nickname, "fox," which she repeats to him regularly to boost his confidence. Her constant reassurance is said to be helping the Prince navigate his insecurities and feel more secure in his skin. Well, amid the professional setback and the LA beauty standards taking a toll on Prince Harry, the days sure appear cloudy for him. Thankfully, Meghan Markle is there to help him with at least one aspect of it.
