The movie has a very interesting plot revolving around faith, mythologies, scriptures, and murders; while the main focus of the movie of course lies on Buddhism and esotericism, the movie also has many parallels with stories from the Bible. <h2>The plot of Svaha: The Sixth Finger</h2>
The plot of the movie is rather complex; it has many different elements that come together to finally give the story its body. The story begins with a pair of twins one of them is normal, while the other one is not destined to live long and is kept inside a shed like an animal.
Pastor Park, played by Lee Jung-jae works at exposing cults and is hired in order to investigate a group called &#8220;Deer Mountain&#8221;. One of the members of the group murdered a girl and brought the police&#8217;s attention to their existence.

While investigating the group, Park finds about the motive for which they are working and learns about many ancient scriptures, stories, and myths. How killing innocent children can be a way for an evil man to survive. The whole incident makes Park question God and his willingness to let innocents die; it may also make you question your beliefs and faiths at least once.
